Built in 1974 The Standard hotel a Brutalist building in kings cross that formerly served as the Camden Town Hall Annexe. The building underwent an extensive refurb that came to completion in 2019 to become The Standard Hotel.

The building was retrofitted with an MBR greywater recycling system which has now been recommissioned by INDRATEC.
