Jaguar Building Services entrusted INDRATEC with the maintenance of their grey water recycling system after encountering numerous issues with the initial installation by others. Recognising the challenges, we swiftly conducted a comprehensive assessment and proposed targeted remedial works to enhance system performance. 

Our expert team modified the pre-filter spray bars, preventing the filter mesh from clogging with incoming debris. We replaced the actuator in the butterfly valve, ensuring it operated correctly without unintended closures then fixed the logic in the control panel to improve the backwashing sequences. Additionally, all tank fittings were thoroughly assessed and repaired to eliminate leaks in the tanks and pipework. 

As a result, the system now filters significantly more grey water, substantially reducing the building’s reliance on mains water.
